I love my Snippet Boxes - they sit on my sewing table and I collect
any little bits and pieces left over from my current project.
Literally snippets that are now too good to throw away.

I admit to a new addiction - textile books!
They are so much fun when combined with Slow Stitching.
I have made them in Linen and Op Shop finds as well as Japanese Colours and theme.
Here are a few pages to give you an idea.
These are a new addition to my shop.
They are little packs containing a collection of either laces, motifs,
pre-cut out old embroideries or a collection of textured fabric scraps.
I have a selection of old recycled Rolling Pins
ready for you to cover with a decorated roll of fabric.
Email me for photos and sizes of my current stock if you want to mail order.

My sample is a wall hanging that measures 32.5" by 43" but you can make
your quilt any size just by adding more blocks.
It is a great project to use up favourite fabrics from your stash. Just add a plain or
a tone-on-tone print that makes your colourful fabrics 'pop'.
I used Sarasa fabrics from Japan that I had collected on several visits.
It is a project that is totally hand pieced.
You make the blocks as little mini quilts so once you have made the blocks
and sewn them together that is it.
And there is no binding to add.
This is a pattern only. $20.00
