Tachibana Bag Kitset

This kitset is based around the BeBe Bold Kinchaku Bag.

I added four different Tachibana Sashiko designs to the sides instead of the Modern Boro

So in the kitset you get two patterns for the price of one - BeBe Bold's for the bag 

construction and Patchwork Passion's for the Sashiko Designs

Tachibana translates as wild orange, so in this case orange blossom. 

The design was originally a Japanese Kamon (family crest).

This kit contains - the two patterns, outside bag fabric, lining fabric, stabilizer, 

cord, sashiko thread, koki rings and transfer paper.

Hitomezashi Little Gift Bags

I have had fun making these cute Little Gift Bags.

 Blue Star  

There are just so many options for colour combinations and Hitomezashi pre-printed designs.

 

Gold Crosses

The Hitomezashi design comes pre-printed on indigo or white cotton and I have 

combined that with a linen or linen/cotton mix fabric.  

I am loving the textured weave on these fabrics.

 Red Sakura

The lining fabric is a more lightweight cotton.

They make nice Little Gifts when filled with nice soap, some special chocolates 

or any other treasure you can think of.

I now have kitsets made for them all. 

The kit contains: the pre-printed design, the outer fabric and lining, stabilizer, 

Sashiko thread, Sashiko needle, Perle Cotton for ties and full instructions.

Crane Sashiko Cushion

This new Sashiko Cushion is fun and relaxing to make as the design come pre-printed onto the fabric. Sashiko Drawstring Bag

This stunning little bag is designed by Jane from BeBeBold.

 It suitable for Beginners stitchers who would like to learn sashiko stitching.

Jane's pattern has easy to follow instructions.

It stands about 7" high.

This means I now have two weights - the thicker that I have always had 

by Olympus and some finer ones.
